There is a reason why the New York Giants decided not to franchise tag Collins for $11.15 million or offer him a long term contract. Because he isn't worth it. But don't tell that to the Fighting Dan Snyders. They just gave Collins $45 million guaranteed and $14 million per season. Let's see how it works out for the Deadskins.
