No lies here. We are in the trust tree. What man has not sharted themselves? I feel for Irish Breakdown's Vince DeDario here. He trusted he could squeeze a fart out on a live podcast after the Notre Dame Navy game in Ireland but those Guinness and bangers and mash can catch up to you real fast if you aren't paying attention. It's especially true once you hit the age of 40. I'm good for it at least once a year. Luckily I work out of my home office. It's embarrassing and the dogs tend to not make eye contact with me for a couple of days later but it's human nature. Sharts happen. We clean up and move on. I expect DeDario to be back in the game in no time. He's a pro's pro.
