Probably doesn't mean much of anything but after the last two off seasons in Atlanta seeing native son Dansby Swanson all over Braves promotions I couldn't help but notice his absence in the new "Chop On" promo. While Dansby hasn't exactly lighted up pitchers with his bat he still had a 2.3 WAR because his defense was top 10 in the National League. He's also a young face that sells tickets and while Ronald Acuna, Ozzie Albies and Freddie Freeman are all obviously bigger and more established stars it just seems a little curious why he would be omitted.
Anywho love the video. Always good to see the Jones boys put in there too.
